Educate Overview
Lowveld Academy opened its doors 20 January 2014 for Grade 8 pupils and will serve Hoedspruit and the surrounding communities. Lowveld Academy offers excellently trained staff, a CAPS-based curriculum, brand new facilities and the use of the latest technology in their classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with security cameras to monitor all activity and we have a Computer Laboratory which is a compulsory class for Grade 8 and 9 equipped with 30 computers connected to the internet which can be used for School projects when arranged. Each room is also equipped with interactive whiteboards, these systems allow educators and students to make use of the best of curriculum’s from around the world by means of static internet to make lesson content as appealing and practical as possible. The school’s aim is to guarantee a 100% pass rate through quality education and dedicated staff. Students can register at the school grounds in the administration block. Monthly School Fees are R 2 250.00 per month and is payable in advance.
